Best bang for the buck. Meat over rice with white and hot sauce. This is a top cart food, better than most in NYC.

Don't let the location or the fact this this food cart is located at a gas station fool you. I grew up overseas and this is by far the BEST value for middle eastern style food I've had in the US at this price point. The portions are generous. The sauce is great. I always get the grilled chicken on a bed of salad and I am so HAPPY with it every single time. The man who owns and cooks the food is such a sweet heart. You can get a massive meal that tastes phenomenal with a drink for $8 CANT BE BEAT.
A true New York City style halal cart here in Wilmington. Most noticed at night due to the bright lights, I finally stopped by for lunch. Not disappointed! Six dollars for lamb and salad or falafel and salad AND drink. I haven't eaten the falafel yet. This review is only based on the lamb. This isn't your basic lamb and salad. There are grilled onions. And green pepper! The seasoning is great (for me), the portion size is large, the guy at the grill is friendly. They sell Pepsi. Yes. That is worth a star by itself. And they take cash and credit card. Biggest negatives: it's at the BP gas station; no place to sit (not that it's a great view, it's not); most drinks are regular soda, so if you want anything else you are limited to water and a rare diet soda.
The star combo is amazing and they give big pieces of meat, you can tell what your eating. They give huge portions too, I can never finish it in one sitting
